Within Curaçao
All orders will be delivered with in 1 to 3 days.
International Orders
Express shipment will ship from Curaçao within 2 - 3 business days via Cpost International.
To all destinations:
Standard Shipping Time: 7 - 14 Business Days
Express Shipping 1-5 Business Days
Tracking number will be provided for all international orders.
All orders over $75 will receive free upgrade to express shipping.
Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days.
Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our shop we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
In addition, please note that "AlwaysRyana.com" will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge.
All orders have a 2-3 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, "AlwaysRyana.com" cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
LOST PACKAGES:
All our orders have a tracking# . So we will do the necessary to check where your package is.
